Refund policy
We hope your purchase is perfect but if not, please follow the returns procedure below.
- If you wish to return a garment, for a non sale items, please do so within 8 days from date of arrival to yourself.
- When we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 10 working days. You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed by us.
- If an item is returned to us that has clear signs of wear, it will be sent back to you and you will not receive a refund. This includes strong smells of washing detergent and any marks.
- Please enclose your original returns note so that we can identify the item and yourself as the purchaser when we receive your return.
- Return postage is currently the responsibility of the purchaser. Please retain your proof of posting until your refund has been processed just in case the postal service mislays your parcel.
- Original postage costs will not be refunded.
- Items bought on sale or with a promo code, are not returnable or refundable, we are happy to give you a credit store or exchange it.

Just send the items back to to us within 14 days after you recieve it. On a note just add your name , telephone number, and we will get in touch :)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Lost Parcels
We now offer a shipping insurance , clients can add to they order,(Naviduim shipping protection) is a very small fee, 3% of the Total order, if you added it to you order you are protected if your parcel get lost in transit and you will be you are entitle to have your items sent back to you again or a full refund , we ask clients to wait 3 weeks an half from the moment your order have been dispatched to consider it lost in transit as we have seen clients receiving they parcels up to 3 weeks and half after it was dispatched to then, if you haven't received it by then , we consider it lost in transit and you are entitle to have a full refund straight away, no bureaucracy :)
We highly recommend clients to add the insurance to their order for a piece of mind ;)
Unfortunately for clients who choose to not add the insurance, we can not refund or send the items again , as it became very hard for us as small business to take responsibility for Royal Mail and Hermes lost parcels

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Shipping cost will be paid for the product to be send back, we cover the Total of £2.95 for the shipping costs for the products to be sent back if the product is damage.Make sure to contact us up to 3 days after you recieve your order to eligible for a refund.
