How to exchange or return

You have 14 days after you recieve your order to return for an exchange , meaning it have to be back at Nunubebe within 14 days after you recieved your order. If you would like a refund you have 10 days counting from the day you recieved it to send it back to us to be eligible for a refund. 

You can return by post (at your expense).

Ensure your merchandise is unused, in its original condition (including packaging and labelling) with all tags attached.

Returning by post:

Please make sure you put the following on a piece of paper and include it with the item.

Name, billing address ,contact telephone number.

Email address (the one you use to log on to your account with nunubebe and accessories,

Order number (you can get this by logging on to your account)

Description of the product

Reason for return using the following codes:

*Faulty

*Incorrect

*Unwanted gift

*Unsuitable

*Doesn't fit

*Other

Repack the item as securely as possible and send it to:

Remember to get proof of postage as nunubebe are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the post

Nunubebe does not refund the delivery of the item.
