Returns Policy

Nunubebe items can be returned by post . The nunubebe returns policy allows you to return your unwanted items within 9 from the date of arrival to yourself  , although they must be unused, in it's  original  condition and with it's label.

Unfortunately Items on sale are not returnable, we are happy to create a credit store or exchange it for you

Remember to get proof of postage as nunubebe are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the post

Please make sure  you put on a piece of paper along with your name, your  contact details (billing address and email address), order number, a description of the product that you are returning and the reason that you want to return it.

Repack the item as securely as possible and send it to:
