Missing my package

Hi Ruslana, unfortunately, this review is misleading. Your parcel was not missing. The tracking shows that delivery was unsuccessful and the parcel is being returned to us, which you also contacted us about.

Even though we have not yet received the original parcel back, we immediately packed and sent you a replacement, and you were provided with the new tracking. Your replacement parcel is currently on its way to you. You have recieve an email with a screenshot of your new tracking information and the status of your new parcel witch was send few days ago

As you are based in the USA, naturally it cannot arrive the following day, but we acted immediately to resolve the situation and resend your order.
